Happy Holidays all. This Christmas I asked for and got a set of free weights: a barbell, two dumbells, and plenty of adjustable weights.
Anyways, I've turned to the internet for some good routines and techniques to use with the weights, and I haven't been impressed. Nearly every site I've found is either too broad (gym, diet, etc) or too commercialized. I'm simply looking for a decent weightlifting site that has at least a modest free weights section and isn't trying to sell me the latest easy body pill. I know we have some experienced builders in the room; any good caches of free weights info?
Also, I'm new to the lifting scene, so let lose any bits of advice you may have. I know free weights don't have near the versatility of even a small gym, but they're conveinent to use and one of the few things that will fit inside my dorm room.
