If she's a good brusher, there's no need to worry about bad breath. When I had braces in junior high my orthodontist gave me strict instructions on how to brush. Presumably she'll get the same.
The other thing is, she'll have orthodontic appointments every now and then to tighten the braces. Maybe a couple tightenings a month. Yes it is a lot like a medieval torture device, thank you very much. She'll be quite sore for a day or two after each tightening, and probably will appreciate it if you're not all hot to jam your cock in her mouth right then.
