They're bunch of brats that wants more money. Period.
There's shitload of people that's willing to sue for just about anything just as long it gets them money. There's even some people that's willing to go as far as getting themselves "hurt" and then sue the person that "hurted" them. Frankly, I'd rather kill them then let them have my money if they tried that on me...
