If you really want to date her, and she wishes to date you, I'd say talk to her father first.. he's the one you need trust in. It also depends on the man he is. My old man wouldn't fire someone for breaking up with my sister? Why because he needs workers, and if you're a good one I doubt he'll wish to replace you.
