NEW YORK - The signature skyscraper at the World Trade Center site will be a 1,776-foot glass tower that twists into the sky, topped by energy-generating windmills and a spire that evokes the Statue of Liberty, new plans revealed Friday.
Would it be just a coincidence that the building is 1776 feet tall---Declaration of Independance ring a bell. Maybe not. How about raising your arm in the air with your middle finger standing proud. That might be more like it.
