I try to always have an Aloe Vera plant around the house. Best remedy I've had yet. I have used burn cream that I found with benzocain and aloe in it, good stuff. I had a sunburn once that was so bad I peeled 3 times and was in pain for over a week. Couldn't even go swimming because the clorine was painful. I went through a whole can of Solercain (sp?)- ask your pharmacist. It helped manage the pain a lot.
