Tis the day before Christmas Eve and everyone is in a hurry to get somewhere. And they expect you to get out of their way so they can get there faster.
I believe that it we could help to solve the problem if it were mandatory for all driver's to take a refresher course every 4 years. Maybe then they might remember the rules of the road.
