All jokes aside with how everyone says John Madden loves to jock Brett Favre and all that, but the thing is that Brett IS as good as Madden says he is and more. Brett was already contemplating retiring, and now with his father's death, it made a tough season that much tougher.
To come out and have one of the greatest individual MNF performances is a credit to his character and competitiveness. My hats off to him.
