My cousin was... he also refused to watch The Wizard of Oz at our house, because of the flying monkeys and the Great Oz's big green head.
For me, it was that scene in E.T. where he got sick, and his skin turned all pale and chalky and his breathing got raspy. Stayed in my head for a while.
