attitude is 100% of it. Dress is included in that attitude.
at 14 I was already meeting with people as peers in business. It's all about being able to give and receive respect. I dressed well as a 14 year old. I kept my shoes shiny, my shirts and pants pressed, because it made the difference of looking on the ball.
