If Clinton had done his job! If the people would have supported it! If Bush had done! If Condi had acted! If CBC! If grasshoppers carried 45's birds wouldn't fuck with them. If this could have been prevented it would have been prevented - it makes no diffreence who is in office - or which party is in power. If it could have been prevented it would never have happened! Get over it!
