Juvenile Matters and Emancipation
Is any one here have any experience with emancipation of a minor?
One of my younger friends is in a real rough position, her dad is partially abusive, both her parents treat her like S$@$, we are trying to find her a way out. she is 15 for all that care.
There is a place for her to live, she can easily get a job, she is very responsible.
Basically she wants out.
What do we need to do to get this taken care of.
Further are there any lawyers out there that would like to give me a hand in figuring this hole thing out.
