Try and get as many diff angles and poses as possible. It makes for a better record of seeing your progress. Check and see if your digital cam has a timer, it will make it a lot easier. How much did you weight before, and how much do you weight now? Your pecs are showing as well as some definition in your arms. I just told you to hit those other areas harder so they will grow on par with your other muscles that seem to be coming along nicely
