Timeline:
I started the good nutrition last new years.
I started the cardio a month later.
I didn't start weight training until October (so they're *all* my weak areas...).
Re: the full body/back snaps- I just didn't think of it, it's easier/more convenient to snap a couple into the mirror than to get my roommate to do it (who is on a completely different schedule than mine).
