Personally, I'd probably just talk to Emilie the next time I was in there...explain to her that I had a girlfriend, and that I was flattered that she'd given me her number, but that I just wouldn't have felt right in keeping it as it would have smacked of being unfaithful to the S.O.
Now, that's all well and good, but I'd have to get a girlfriend first!
