I know a girl who recently did this for her upcoming class reunion. I think its great. Any way to keep yourself motivated is worth sharing with others in hopes it might work for them. My motivation is that I have religiously taken pictures every wednesday and bodyfat caliper % (for a long time now) and whenever I feel I am not making muscle gains I will go through my digital photo album and check out some of the previous pictures . Never fails in keeping me going
