Grandma goes to walmart and buys a 50 buck computer w/ Lindows. then calls you, Joe-Windows, when something breaks. ...now what?

If you want to learn Linux, SuSe is nice, Debian is nicer (in my opinion), and RedHat is also friendly (yes, I know it's gone, but there's gotta be some .iso's around).
