The only health store around that I know of is GNC. As shown earlier in the thread, they charge some pretty exorbitant prices.
I'm just trying to get a good picture of when to drink which shakes.
Right now I guess I'm looking at either
weight gainer in the morning
creatine pre-workout
protein+glutamine post-workout
or
weight gainer+creatine in the morning
protein+glutamine post-workout
Which sounds good? or better yet, post your own...
