Yeah, exactly what absorbentishe said -- ask him to clean the hair up. Ya don't gotta say, "Hey, clean up the pube hairs out of the sink." Simply ask, "please clean the hair out of the sink, it's sort of gross." That's not uncomfortable for you or your brother, and it'll get the point across.
