Seriously though, how much food do you eat in a day? Do you eat until you feel sick? How big are you? You're young and probably still growing a little, your body needs energy for that. And excercising is a great idea, you should have a lot of extra energy to get rid of.

For meals like breakfast and lunch, I eat as much as anyone else, but in between I will usually have snacks that total a full meal each. I eat until I am satisfied and not hungry, never enought to make me sick. If its good food, I will eat even more! I weigh about 125 pounds and have been for the last 2 years now. I will try to get some physical activities in once it isn't so cold out!
