Nah, the humans creators and AI analogy is not equivalent to life and god.
A machine AI would simply be an evolutionary branch of our species. No different then certain primates becoming human while others retaining their original disposition. Certainly the humans killed off/or starved off their parental line. If the machines were to kill humans they would be doing just that, killing off the branch of the species that retained the weaker element.
Also if I met god and had the ability to kill him, I would not. For if I met god all I would know is that one exists. I would have no knowledge of the being before me and therefore no motive to kill it.
If on the other hand I met god and had a chance to ask it if it were just like one of the Christian, Jewish or Islamic gods, and god answered: yes. Then I would certainly kill the motherfucker if I could.
