There's probably nothing you can do to teach her, it's a mistake she'll keep making until A she looses a job, B gets beaten or raped by group, or C she just grows up. I was working with this dude that started saying that for everyone, but especially black, not to their face but about them, well I warned him someone was going to hear it and he'd loose his job. Sure enough, he said it to the wrong person, and bingo, out the door on his ear he went.
