LADIES! I'm washing my wife's bras in the dishwasher...
is this going to turn out badly?
Okey dokey...
My wife, Melissa, has boobies (larger ones). Since she does, her bras require underwire. I'm sure you ladies know that if padded, underwired, bras go through the washing machine they get destoyed.
Usually she hand washes them.
While she is at work tonight I decided to do some cleaning and stuff, and I got the idea I'd wash her bras for her. I know it's not one of her favorite things to do.
I don't think cleaning them in the sink really gets them clean. They just seem like they're sitting in soapy water. I swished them around and squeezed 'em and stuff. But I just don't think I'm getting anything done.
Hence, my idea. Put them in the dishwasher!
I am not using a dirty dishwasher, and I took care to make sure there is no food debris left in it.
I wash hats in the dishwasher because it doesn't kill them like the washing machine. Ergo, this will work.
Hopefully the high pressure jets of water will power out the dirty stuff. I am using laundry detergent. I don't regret that, yet. No foam so far...
Has anybody done this before? I'd really like to hear if you did. She gets home in 3 hours, and I don't know how they'll turn out.
Washer should be done in half hour or so.
Maybe I should have asked this BEFORE I did it.
