I'd say I'm drawn by overall looks first. Good teeth are integral, but you don't go talk to someone across the room because you can see their teeth from far away. It's not that good teeth are attractive, they're just a requirement for not being unattractive. Once I've been drawn by the overall looks eyes are definitely huge.
