I notice someone's eyes first. I kind of know this guy though, who has really pretty eyes, but then he smiles and I'm like, "eew!". Other than his teeth, he's an okay-looking guy (no one that I'd be interested in, but I know girls who would). I just think you can see who someone really is by looking in their eyes.
So I guess mine is eyes, then teeth, then overall looks... eyes and teeth are pretty equal though.
