Depends on the type of car he drives, and I'm not sure of this hubcaps or rims, don't know which is which, but you take off the hubcaps/rims put couple of marbles in there replace hubcap/rims so when ever he drives he will hear a sound but when he stops he won't hear, could drive him nuts. Or put a dead fish in the trunk under the spare tire.
