I don't know about your sister, but some people use "racist" names to describe the filthiest and all around worthless examples of a particular race.
I personally use the word "cracker" and "trailer trash" to describe the toothless, wife-beating, welfare recipients that I see.
The word "wetback" can be used to describe various hispanic gangbangers and their baby daddy.
The regular folks of any race don't get any special names. They're just regular people.
