I started on the violin at age 8 or 9. Did that for a couple of years, but it never sounded any good I thought. Imo you have to be very good just to make a violin sound good. Played the piano from 13-16. That was fun, but as soon as I moved out I couldn't afford a piano of course
Still play it when I come accross one, but I only play from memory. Can't really read notes anymore.
