I couldn't Google find any iTunes plug-ins to decode WMA files. Rumors abound that WMA will be supported in a future version of iTunes.
You may not be a good candidate for using iTunes. When I ripped my entire CD collection I started using WMA and switched to MP3 based on the proliferation of devices and software that supported MP3 compared to WMA. WMA support is widespread now but I'm sticking with MP3 until AAC has a broader base.
