Yep. It deffinitely sounds like an oedipal situation.

Actually, I think that if the young boy gets jealous at his father when he is young, BUT resloves the conflict with his father through whatever means the boy and father will, no fixation will occur and will leave the boy with no future problems. I think it's called an Oedipus Complex. I may be entirely wrong, easy.

Okay, here's the cliff's notes version of the oedipus complex: Boy sees mother as loving, nuturing and boy loves mother back. Boy sees mother naked, is attracted to mother (only woman he knows really). Boy sees father naked. Sees father has a bigger ding-a-ling. Sees father get attetion from mother.
Boy is threatened by father. Boy wants father dead so he can have mother all to hims self. But boy loves father too. Now boy feels guilty because of his thoughts. This GUILT is the main problem of the Oedipus complex and, according to Freud, what causes psychological problems in many cases in men.
So, what was the question again?
I understand that some might think that it's no big deal. But I think it could be, especially if the children thoguht this went on everywhere. It might cause problems for them in school or camp or whatever.
I'm all for kids learning not to be ashamed of their own bodies or other people's naked bodies. But at the same time they need to realize that people generally don't walk around naked in front of their kids. Or maybe they do. Guess I don't really know. I've never heard of it.
