Hmmm, cute ftp doesn't give the server for free anymore.
There are always ways *cough* but in the meantime look at:
http://www.bpftpserver.com/ , which i once used for a while.
and
http://www.serv-u.com/ which is a know server with a good rep that still give away a fully functional server (personal version) for free.
