Electric pressure washers (in my experience) don't work worth crap.
I don't have any psi reccomendations. Shop around and get the highest psi you can get for your budget. Depending on where you are, check your local "super store" too...Price Club, Sam's Club, Costco, etc. Sometimes they have pretty good deals on washers...especially this time of year.
