I have had this happen to me before also. I kept running into the guy and he kept telling me he would call and would even make plans with me and then not call to confirm.
Finally when he found out that he lost out and I had since found another man, he called and called. He said that he was just bad at the whole communication thing.
Well then it was my turn to dis him........
