Our oldest is 7 (a boy), and he sees my wife naked on occasion. It isn't something she flaunts, but when you have kids this young, you want to be available immediately if an emergency occurs, so it isn't always possible to lock the door during showers, etc. It used to be more frequent until he started acting strangely around her (i.e. looking more intently), so we scaled it back a bunch. The kids see me naked in the shower, but there has never been any issue with them seeming uncomfortable.
