Dillon would be perfect for the Cowboys, at least personality-wise .

But seriously folks, they need a quality back. Could go for someone early in the draft, or take a risk on a late-round guy (as long as it isn't Bruce Perry, he needs to go to a real team ).

Is there any other position they have a desperate need, though?
