i think the color choice is rather odd. it would seem a little more consistant if either the sun/moon was a cool color to match the rest of the background or the blue was a warmer color. it makes the sun look rather painterly and the rest of the scene like a photo, but it doesn't seem to fit right. just a matter of taste i suppose.
