It's about the same as any difficult situation that is trying to right itself.
Rebuilding Germany, Rebuilding France, Rebuilding Japan, Rebuilding Italy, Rebuilding Kosovo, Rebuilding South Korea
All of them...took years, took effort...and sometimes took lives.
But it had to be done, the people who did it built something more significant & more stable
for the betterment of their citizens and the betterment of the world.
