Take Lurkette's advice and talk to her, make a move, make two...
Just go past the ignorig stage...
Ask her out, or move on. But the game is played by both. push the situation in the way you want it to go. And don't stop because her reation isn't overly positive at first.
As long as she doesn't say 'no', go for it.
She might find a guy coming on to her a little scary, so she's holding you off a little.
(but only a little, you still have to push because she is interested...)
