I've been to clubs in Dallas and Honolulu, and they are both completely different. In Dallas, the girls danced for a single tip, and they made most of their money on lap dances. In Honolulu, the girls kept dancing as long as you kept tipping, and there weren't many real lap dances. My experience is rather limited though . . .
