I went a few years ago..
In three weeks, I went to places in England, France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
But I know some people that could spend three weeks in one city. It just depends on what you want to see. If you're in Paris to see the Eiffel Tower and the Arche de Triomphe (sp?), you can do it in a couple days. If you're there for the whole Paris experience, like nightlife, restaurants, etc. etc, you could easily spend a few weeks there, and still have more to see.
