I'd get 17" wheels b/c they will help w/ traction but not sacrifice ride quality.
don't waste your money on seats
For performance mods start with a complete turbo-back exhaust and a cat-less up-pipe. An STI up-pipe also works as it is cat-less already. A free mod you can do is to remove the intake silencer box that is in the passenger wheel well. It makes the intake much more efficient.
