i'm a little confused by this post- are you implying that the moon landing is a hoax? And if you are i hope it isn't from that show FOX put on the air about a year ago. What a tragedy that was.
as for the flag- they placed wire around the edges so it would actually look like a flag, and any "flapping" could be explained by contraction and expansion due to changes in tempurature- the sun has no atmosphere to block it's radiation to the moon's surface- so the tempurature varies on the moon from -233*C to 123*C. And the moon has about 0.012 times the mass of earth, and about 0.25 times the diameter of earth, which results in a gravity about 1/6th of earth, or 1.26m/s^2.
When an astronaut jumps on the moon, applying the same amount of force that he would on earth will result in a gain in height of 6 times that he would have on earth. Same with a golfball. if it travels 200m on earth, it would go over a kilometre on the moon.
