I still can't figure why this guy was released in the first place. I know he had served his term, but the phycologist said he was not safe out on the streets. In cases like this, the perp should be sent to a minimum security facility for the rest of his life. Then we wouldn't have to see cases like this. Third time loser, lock um up for life, no parole.
