I share features from both my mother and father -- mom's coloration, eyes, and mouth; dad's nose, height, fine hair, and height. So it's not likely. If I was told that I was adopted, however:
1) It wouldn't surprise me. My family keeps secret. My mom married briefly and divorced before meeting my dad, and she kept it a secret from my sister and me until we were in our 30s. Like we cared, but she thought it was a great shame.
2) It wouldn't bother me. You are the children of the people who raise you, if they commit to being your parents. That's how I feel. If I knew I had a biological parent out there, I might wonder. But honestly, he or she would be a stranger. I wouldn't bother unless I was having weird health problems and wanted to find out if my line had hereditary problems. Even then, I'd be fine working through intermediaries if that was the best way to go.
