O i got a question, I've always wondered about this.

As a Canadian, all our bills are denominations of 5$ and up. How do you tip? I can imagine in the states if a stripper sticks her breasts in your face and you feed her a wad of cash, you can be out like about 5$ and it looks good. But if you're in Canada and you give the stripper a wad of cash...you'd be out like...25$. So what's the deal?

So does a regular shmuck just give one 5ve at a time? Stick coins down their itsy bitsy attire? Or am I just clueless?
