Yes, I did. And no, it's not.
It might not be for you if you're squeemish with blood, or overly selfish, but it's by no means unsanitary. Give it a try, maybe you'll find your girl is so happy afterward that it's worth it. Or maybe it can be disgusting and you can do it anyway, because i'm sure you 2 do things in bed she's not 100% on, but does because it gets YOU off. Just a thought.
