For the time being, tape your feet each time before you train. And you may consider soaking them in salt water to speed healing and soothe the pain. Personally, I usually drain the blister then tape it. That way, the skin is still there to protect it (none of that raw open new skin hanging out) and the tape should keep it from getting worse. And you should start walking around barefoot. It'll toughen your feet for when you train.
We used to train on nubby carpet. Talk about rug burns. Developed callouses quick tho.
