Recipe of the Day - December 4 (cheesy potatoes)
Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
6-8 medium potatoes-peeled and boiled
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup butter
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 10 oz. can creamed mushroom soup
Preparation
Refrigerate potatoes after boiling, when cooled, add salt and pepper-set aside.
Heat sour cream, cheese, soup, and green onions-until smooth-do not boil.
Add this with potatoes and mix well.
Pour in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
