Let's go around the room- we have 10 votes for "ask her out", 2 rude remarks that were probably references to being a dumbass and not reading a REALLY obvious sign like her rubbing her leg on you, and various comments stating you still have a shot at it.
If a girl rubs her leg against you, at any time, you should immediately seek her out, and start by asking her out as soon as possible. You didn't do so, and she may have been put off.
Go ask her out. Highschool is not the same without risk, and you have the whole rest of your life to take much larger, more important risks- get the small ones out of the way and give yourself the training in risk-taking you'll need for later. Best of luck.
