Have her repeat after you: Sex with Ex = Bad.

It sounds like she wants to use you as a reason for something. Maybe she's unhappy with her current relationship. Whatever her reasons, it sounds like bad news to me.

P.S. the quote is actually "Speak softly and carry a big stick, you will go far," but that's just me being anal. it's an African proverb that Roosevelt made popular in the US.
